I've been using Newlyte for several years now. It's for my home computer use. They do a great job and I have had no problems with poor response from my computer since they have been taking care of it. I've also referred them to my sister and she finds them to be very helpful.

I am always satisfied with the routine cleanup that new lite does. today it took several hours and I'm not sure why it took so long so my computer was tied up and not available for use.

In the past, it took 60-90 minutes to complete the "clean-up" of my computer. Over the past few months it has
taken 3-4 hours. That's too long for me to give up the use of my laptop. I don't want you to decrease the quality of the "clean-up" to save time, however, if you could get back to the 60-90 minute time frame it would be appreciated.
